Returns & Refunds
- You must contact us via email with any return requests. Please send requests to info@jnstoys.com.
- Please let us know the reason for the return, along with any accompanying images you’d wish to submit.
- Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation & determine if a return label will be provided or if it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the exact item you purchased must be returned. Returns that do not meet the below criteria may be subject to rejection of refund due to loss of the item's value.
- For international orders only, returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged in transit products. The customer must provide images to support the claim of a demaged or defective product before a return will be considered. JNS Toys, must receive the return request and images within 60 days of purchase.
General Return Requirements
Same or Unaltered Condition:
- Product/products must be returned, at customers expense unless determined otherwise, within 100 days from date of purchase.
- Product/products must be unused, unaltered, with no signs of damage or use.
- All parts and accessories must be intact & included with all returns.
- Must be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the product.
- Must include all items that were included with the original product/products.
- Products that are returned must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included.
- For all international orders, returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged in transit products. No returns or exchanges accepted for any other reason. Images must be provided to support the claim of defective or damaged products.
