3. Return Method and Fees

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Return Label: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
